Usage
Scanning a QR code will take users to a landing page with support options for that particular room.
This example will be displayed when a Flex Classroom QR Code is scanned:
Request Assistance
Clicking the "Request Assistance" button will lead users to a form to request support:
Nothing needs to be entered into any field.
Clicking 'Submit' will send a text message to everyone at the Tech Bar, and a member of support will show up at your location very quickly.

Submit a General Request
Clicking the 'Submit a General Request' button will allow users to open a general KPSOM IT ticket for any reason.

Clicking the 'Please send us some feedback' button leads users to a form to submit feedback.
Users should enter their email, feedback, any supporting files, and click 'Submit.'
