Overview
When a link to a pdf file is being opened with the Google Chrome web browser. It may redirect you to the Adobe sign in page and force you into an endless loop. This article will guide you how to disable the Acrobat Extension to resolve this issue so the pdf file can be viewed within the web browser.
Steps:
Disable the Adobe Extension:
- Puzzle Icon at the top right navigation bar
- click on Manage Extensions
- Check if you have an Extension for Adobe Reader or Acrobat. Then deactivate it by sliding the bar
