Overview:
The Boardroom is a specialized location for private meetings and discussions, mainly by the KPSOM Board. This room includes everything needed to hold board meetings, and other similar events.

Transmit Video to External Audience: YES - Dedicated Cameras
Display Materials on Internal Screens: YES - Dedicated Monitors
Capture Live Audio - NO - Option to record from Teams / Zoom / Mic GUI
Microphones:
- 20 Wireless Gooseneck Microphones Located in cabinets under the monitors
- Optional 360 Degree camera / microphone available at the Tech Bar.
Microphone Batteries:
Batteries for the gooseneck microphones are located in the TR across from the Boardroom Elevators:
Screens:
The Boardroom contains two large screens at the front of the room which work with the Cisco Conference System. These are not touch screens, just large monitors.
Cameras:
- Cisco Quad-Cam system
- One Cisco PTZ Camera for presenter
