MS Teams Classic download

Overview

Since MS Teams is updating to New Teams. General users at KP would not have access to the New Teams until Q1 of 2024.

This article will show how to obtain the MS Teams classic installer for Mac and Windows OS.

Procedure

1. If Teams ask to be updated, it will take you to the Teams download page to download the installer.

2. At the Teams download page. Navigate to the Frequently Asked Questions section at the bottom of the website.
   
3. Expand the "What does this mean for the classic Teams customers?" section
   
4. Click on Download the classic Teams app and download Teams Classic.
   
5. Run the installer to update to the latest MS Teams Classic to begin using Teams Classic
