Mazevo is a Level 1 service and is fully supported by KPSOM IT. We own and administer this platform directly.
Service Description
Mazevo is KPSOM's campus-wide platform for reserving rooms and spaces across all three buildings. You can book rooms for meetings, classes, and events — and configure auxiliary services like audio/video, catering, and marketing support alongside your reservation.

Mazevo is available to:
- Students
- SOM Faculty
- SOM Staff
How To Request Access
No access request is needed. Mazevo is available to all KPSOM students, faculty, and staff — just sign in and start booking.
How To Access
Mazevo uses KP's Single Sign-On (SSO). We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience, though any modern desktop browser works well.
- Navigate to MyMazevo.com
- If prompted, sign in using your NUID and password
Service Cost
This service is centrally funded by KPSOM IT at no cost to you.
