How to Submit an EMS Support Request via ServiceNow
If you're experiencing issues with EMS (our room reservation system), you can submit a support request through ServiceNow. This method lets you track your request and attach screenshots to help us troubleshoot.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to the Direct Service Request form
- In the category dropdown, select Other
- Under "Part," add KPSOM EMS as the category
- Describe your issue in detail. To help us resolve it quickly, please include:
- Which EMS application you're using (Outlook plug-in, EMS Web-App, Desktop client, or mobile app)
- How this issue is affecting your work (impact)
- Any error messages or unusual behavior you're seeing
- In the assignment field, enter or find KPSOM Facilities
- Attach any screenshots or documents that show the issue—these are incredibly helpful for troubleshooting!
- Click Add to Cart
- Click View Cart or select the cart icon on the right side of the page
- Click Proceed to Checkout
- Review your order confirmation. You can:
- Add special instructions by clicking the "+" button
- Attach additional files if you forgot any
