Microsoft HoloLens 2: Resources and Getting Started

The Microsoft HoloLens 2 is a mixed reality headset used at Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine for anatomical visualization and immersive learning experiences. The resources below are maintained by Microsoft and cover device setup and usage.

End-of-Life Notice: Microsoft has announced that the HoloLens 2 has reached end-of-life. As a result, KPSOM IT is actively exploring alternative mixed reality and spatial computing technologies in collaboration with Biomedical Sciences faculty and professional staff. The HoloLens 2 units in the Anatomy Resource Center remain available for use while the pilot evaluation is underway. For questions about the technology transition, contact kpsomit@kp.org.
