How to Download Streams as MP4
Walks through how to download video or audio from Panopto as MP4 files. From a video's Settings > Outputs tab, you can download video podcasts with options for Primary Video Only (speaker), Secondary Video Only (presentation/screen share), or Tile All Streams (combined view). Quality options range from 576p to 1080p. Audio-only downloads are also available from the Audio Podcast section.
Troubleshoot Issues While Viewing Videos
Covers common playback issues and solutions including: clearing browser cache, switching browsers (Chrome vs Firefox), enabling third-party cookies, disabling ad-blocker extensions, adjusting video quality settings (Quality > Automatic), and checking bandwidth/download speed requirements. Particularly helpful if videos are buffering or failing to load.
