How to swap an image on FourWinds Digital Signage

STEP 1 - Navigate to FWiCloud.com and login with your email and password.

STEP 2 - Click 'Library:'

STEP 3 - Expand 'Library,' 'Facility_SchoolofMedicine_Content,' then click 'Playlists:'

STEP 4 - Click the playlist you would like to edit.  For this example I'll be using 'SimCenter FullScreen 1920x1080:'

STEP 5 - Click the image you would like to swap for another image:

STEP 6 - Click the button labeled 'Swap:'

STEP 7 - Click 'Upload,' then select the image you would like to use, and click 'Open:'

NOTE: IMAGES FOR THIS SCREEN MUST BE 1920x1080 TO BE DISPLAYED CORRECTLY.

STEP 8 - Click the uploaded image to highlight, then click 'Done:'

STEP 9 - The image properties will be carried over from the original image.  Make any necessary adjustments, and click 'Done:'

STEP 10 - Once you're ready to finalize the change, click 'Publish:'

STEP 11 - The 'Publish' button will change to 'Published:'

STEP 12 - Navigate back to the home screen of FWiCloud.com.

STEP 13 - Click 'Devices:'

STEP 14 - Select 'SchoolofMedicine:'

STEP 15 - Select the involved device.  This example is 'CSSOMAM6524121' which is located at the 'Entrance to Simulation:'

STEP 16 - Click 'Clear Cache:'

STEP 17 - Click 'Clear.'  The new image will now be displayed after a few seconds:
