Connect Podium PC to the Zoom Meeting
01 - Tap 'Present' on the Crestron Panel:
02 - Select 'Lectern PC' input:
03 - Login to the Lectern PC:
04 - Open 'Zoom:'
05 - Select 'Join:'
06 - Enter Meeting ID and Name, and click 'Join:'
07 - Click 'Join with Computer Audio:'
08 - Select 'Share Screen' and choose the presentation (Also select 'Share Sound' and 'Optimize for video clip,' if necessary):
09 - Click 'More' and 'Hide Floating Meeting Controls' to avoid notifications during the presentation:
TIP: To view floating meeting controls, hit esc.
Switching from one built-in camera to the other:
01 - Tap the 'Settings Sprocket:'
02 - Tap 'Tech Mode:'
03 - Enter the 'Tech Mode' password, which is 0000:
04 - Assign the camera you wish to use to 'Web Call Camera:'
05 - The assigned camera will now be used as your Zoom camera when 'AV Bridge Mini' is selected:
Things to check before the meeting starts:
Make sure Zoom is unmuted on the Lectern PC.
Make sure the camera is shared, if applicable.
Make sure the microphones are turned on when being used, and off when not being used.
Make sure the microphones are labeled as Con Str, rather than Conv Space.
The rooms must be combined to use the Conv Space mics.
If a second camera is used to capture the speaker, that participant must be Spotlighted.
