Flex Classroom

Overview:

The Flex Classroom is the largest enclosed room at the School of Medicine.  It is designed to operate either as a single large space or split into two smaller rooms, Flex A and Flex B.

This space has multiple projectors, cameras, and microphones, and can also be configured to be part of a larger audio envelope that would include the convening stairs for speakers and events that are spread throughout the first floor.

This article provides a brief outline of the technology available in the space along with the names and locations of specific items.  This will be a living document, expanding to encompass not only the equipment within the room but also documentation on best practices and uncommon configurations as well.
