KPSOM IT has reported an issue with the automated power to Facilities, and there is an open ticket to address the problem. When the lights turn off from the space being idle, the technology in the room will also turn off with the lights, which causes issues with the technology in the room. Current Challenges and Solutions
Avoid turning off the room lights, as they are connected to the Newline Collaboration Board and will end the entire Collaboration Board session. KPSOM IT has reported this issue to Facilities and there is an open ticket to address the problem.
